TPS for Ukraine Extended

USCIS has extended the TPS designation of Ukraine for 18 months, beginning on 10/20/23 and ending on 4/19/25.

USCIS has also redesignated Ukraine for TPS. 

Citizens of Ukraine who currently have the TPS status must re-register by 10/20/2023. 

In addition, citizens of Ukraine who are not in TPS status and have resided in the US since 8/16/2023 can apply for TPS as well.
