Second Round of H-1B Lottery

USCIS will conduct a second random selection for H-1B visas from previously submitted H-1B registrations. No further action is needed – the applicants that were not selected in March 2024 will be automatically included in the new round of the lottery.

USCIS has announced that this year the H-1B lottery registration opens March 6th at 12 P.M. EST and ends on March 22nd at 12P.M. EST.  The lottery registration can be only done online via a new USCIS portal that will become available by 12 PM EST on February 28, 2024.
